At Frost Form, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your baking tools don't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
